OUR SERVICES
Watch Repair Solutions
Three focused services, each with a clear scope, transparent pricing, and documented results.
Back to HomeOur Approach to Every Service
Every watch that comes through our workshop follows a consistent workflow. We begin with a thorough inspection and condition log — photographing the watch and noting any existing marks or issues. From there, we share our findings with you and provide a clear quote before starting any work.
During the service, your watch stays with the same technician from start to finish. If we encounter anything unexpected, we pause and contact you to discuss options. Once complete, we run final testing appropriate to the service type — timing regulation for mechanical movements, 24-hour monitoring for quartz — and prepare your documentation.
This approach doesn't change regardless of the price point of your watch. Whether it's a daily-wear quartz or a collector's Swiss mechanical, the process is the same.
SERVICE 01
Swiss Movement Specialist Service
A focused service track for timepieces equipped with Swiss-made movements from manufacturers such as ETA, Sellita, Valjoux, and Peseux. The watchmaker follows manufacturer-recommended service procedures including full disassembly, cleaning with Swiss-formulated solutions, replacement of worn components with genuine or equivalent parts, and lubrication using Moebius oils. Timing is regulated using a Witschi timing machine across six positions.
- Complete movement disassembly and inspection
- Ultrasonic cleaning of all components
- Worn parts replaced with genuine or equivalent components
- Moebius oil lubrication throughout
- Six-position timing regulation on Witschi machine
SERVICE 02
Bezel Insert Replacement
For watches with damaged, faded, or chipped bezel inserts — whether ceramic, aluminum, or acrylic. The technician removes the bezel assembly, extracts the existing insert, and replaces it with a compatible unit matched for size, color, and font. Bezel action is tested for proper click-spring engagement and alignment with the 12 o'clock marker. This service is commonly requested for dive watches and GMT models where the bezel markings have become illegible due to UV exposure, impact, or chemical contact.
- Bezel assembly removal and insert extraction
- Compatible replacement matched for size, colour, and font
- Click-spring engagement and alignment testing
- Custom colour options for select popular references
SERVICE 03
Quartz Caliber Replacement
When a quartz movement reaches the end of its functional life — exhibiting erratic behavior, circuit failure, or coil damage — a full caliber replacement may be the most practical solution. The watchmaker identifies the existing caliber, sources a direct replacement or compatible equivalent (matching hand post sizes, date position, and overall dimensions), and installs it within the original case. The dial, hands, and date components are transferred to the new movement.
- Existing caliber identification and sourcing
- Hand post, date position, and dimension matching
- Careful transfer of dial, hands, and date components
- Fresh battery and 24-hour accuracy testing
