Moebius lubricants — the same oils specified by Swiss movement manufacturers — are used throughout our service process. These aren't consumer-grade substitutes; they're purpose-made for horological applications.

We know that handing over a watch — especially one with sentimental value — isn't a small thing. That's why we keep you informed at each stage: what we found during inspection, what we recommend, and when you can expect to have your watch back.

If something changes mid-service (say, we discover additional wear that wasn't visible initially), we contact you before making any decisions. There are no surprises on the final invoice.

Our pricing reflects the actual work involved: the time, the parts, and the expertise required. We don't inflate quotes to cover overhead you shouldn't be paying for, and we don't add undisclosed fees after the fact.
