A standard Swiss movement service typically takes between 10 to 15 working days. This allows time for full disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, part inspection, lubrication, reassembly, and timing regulation. If specific parts need to be sourced, we'll inform you and adjust the timeline accordingly.

Do I need an appointment to drop off my watch?
